📦 Shipping Information

1.Shipping area – Standard shipping

We deliver exclusively to all countries of the European Union (EU) as standard.

Shipping to the following countries is automatically possible:

• All 27 EU member states (e.g., Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Poland, Netherlands, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Belgium, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Croatia, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Luxembourg, Malta, Cyprus).

Shipping is carried out directly from our warehouse in Germany (Wilhelmshaven).

2.Shipping to other countries (outside the EU)

Would you like to place an order to a country outside the European Union (e.g., Switzerland, Norway, United Kingdom, USA, Canada, Asia, Australia)?

We will then check individually whether shipping to your country is possible and let you know the exact shipping costs and delivery times.

3.Shipping carrier

We ship standard exclusively with DHL. It is not possible to select another shipping carrier.

4.Shipping costs (EU countries)

The exact shipping costs are displayed conclusively before completing the order during the checkout process.

If shipping costs cannot be displayed temporarily, we will inform the customer immediately by email. The customer can then cancel the order free of charge.

5.Delivery times (EU countries)

Business days are Monday through Saturday (excluding public holidays).

• Germany: 1–3 business days
• Other EU countries: 2–5 business days

If an item is not in stock or the delivery time is delayed, the customer will be informed immediately by email.

6.Customs and import fees

Since we only deliver to EU countries as standard, no customs or import fees apply.

For individual shipments to non-EU countries (by prior arrangement), all customs and import fees are borne by the buyer. We inform the customer about this before ordering.

7.Shipping confirmation

After shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a DHL tracking link.

8.Returns

Returns are possible within the statutory withdrawal period of 14 days. The details regarding this are contained in our Withdrawal policy.
