🧾 General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
§1 Scope of application
(1) These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 of the German Civil Code, BGB) through the online shop of Wollmia OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the „Seller“).
(2) Any terms and conditions of the customer that deviate from these GTC shall not be recognised unless the seller expressly agrees to their validity in writing.

§3 Conclusion of the contract
(1) The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
(2) By clicking the button „Buy now“ or „Order with obligation to pay“, the customer makes a binding offer.
(3) The contract is concluded when the seller accepts the order by means of an order confirmation by email or dispatches the goods.
§4 Prices and shipping costs
(1) All prices are stated in Euro (€). The seller is not currently subject to VAT (small business scheme under Estonian law), therefore no value added tax is shown.
(2) In addition to the stated prices, shipping costs apply. These are clearly indicated on the page „Shipping information“ and during the ordering process.
(3) No shipping to countries outside the European Union (EU).
§5 Delivery and shipping
(1) Delivery takes place exclusively within the European Union (EU) to the address provided by the customer.
(2) Delivery times are specified on the page „Shipping information“.
(3) If an ordered item is not available, the customer will be informed immediately by email. Any payments already made will be refunded without delay.
(4) Shipping is carried out exclusively with DHL.
§6 Payment
(1) The customer can choose from the payment methods offered in the online shop (e.g., PayPal, credit card, instant bank transfer, advance payment).
(2) The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract, unless otherwise agreed.
(3) In the event of late payment, the seller reserves the right to charge a reminder fee of €5.00, provided that the customer is a consumer. Additional collection costs will only be claimed if they have actually been incurred.
§7 Retention of title
Until full payment has been made, the goods remain the property of the seller.
§8 Right of withdrawal
(1) Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day on which the customer or a third party named by them (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.
(2) To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send an unequivocal statement (e.g. by email or WhatsApp) to the contact details given in §2. Details and the model withdrawal form are set out in the separate Withdrawal policy.
(3) In the event of an effective withdrawal, all payments, including standard shipping costs, will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal declaration or receipt of the return (whichever is later).
Note: In the event of returns, the seller bears the costs – details on this are contained in the Withdrawal policy.
§9 Warranty
(1) The statutory warranty rights apply.
(2) The limitation period for warranty claims for newly manufactured goods is two years from delivery of the goods.
(3) Normal wear and tear or improper handling (e.g., incorrect washing or care instructions) are excluded from the warranty.
(4) For used goods (if offered), the warranty period is one year.
§10 Liability
(1) The seller shall be unlimitedly liable in the event of intent and gross negligence.
(2) In the case of simple negligence, the seller shall only be liable for breach of material contractual obligations (cardinal duties). In such cases, liability is limited to the foreseeable, typical contractual damage.
(3) Any further liability is excluded, particularly for data loss, loss of profit, or damage arising from delayed delivery, unless caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
(4) The limitations of liability also apply in favour of the seller's legal representatives and agents.

§12 Dispute resolution (Online dispute resolution)

(2) The seller is not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
