How much are the shipping costs and how long does delivery take?
Shipping within Germany starts at 5,99 €. From 75 € order value, we deliver free of charge to your home – insured with DHL. To other European countries, we ship free from 120 €, otherwise between 5.99 € and 14.99 €, depending on the destination country.
Your package usually arrives 1–3 business days after payment is received. You will see the exact costs and delivery times clearly in the shopping cart and at checkout.
How does the return work if I don’t like the color/texture?
No problem! If the color, texture, or feel doesn't quite suit you, you have 14 days – starting from the day you receive your package.
Important: The item must be unused, still in its original packaging, and have all tags attached.
One small note: colors may look slightly different on every screen. So the original might differ minimally.
