YarnArt Jeans Plus – 100 g / 160 m – 55 % Cotton, 45 % Acrylic
The thicker version of YarnArt Jeans. The exact same blend: 55% cotton and 45% polyacrylic. Wonderfully soft, scratch-free, and temperature-regulating. But this time it's an Aran weight yarn—so it's much sturdier and chunkier. It’s absolutely perfect for whipping up thick cardigans, sweaters, kids' clothes, or cozy home accessories!
160 meters per 100 grams. The yarn is firmly twisted and absolutely doesn't split. Machine washing is no problem at all: it doesn't shrink and holds its shape flawlessly!
Needle sizes of 4 to 5 mm. For perfectly fitted clothing, whipping up a quick gauge swatch beforehand will really help. The beautifully smooth structure is just as absolutely suited for flat, plain surfaces as it is for gorgeous cable patterns or textured designs. Everything turns out wonderfully crisp and clean!
Some people say, "Jeans Plus is just a thicker Jeans." Yeah, so what? A thicker sweater is still just a sweater—but it's exactly the one you put on when it's really cold out. I once made a kid's sweater out of it, stockinette stitch, nothing fancy. The kid roughhoused, fell down, climbed all over the place—and the sweater still looks brand new. The thicker version just has a bit more bite to it. So: if you like the original, you're going to love the Plus variant. No surprises, just more yarn to get your hands on.
