YarnArt Fable Fur – 100 g / 100 m – 100 % Micro Polyester
It looks exactly like fur, but feels completely different—super soft, wonderfully lightweight, and totally animal-friendly! YarnArt Fable Fur features long, fur-like fibers made of fine micro-polyester. Once it's completely worked up, you can barely see the stitches at all. All that's left is an incredibly fluffy, plush surface. It’s absolutely perfect for whipping up cozy blankets, throw pillows, fun accessories, or surprisingly lifelike cuddly toys!
100 meters per 100 grams. Despite all that wonderful volume, you'll make progress incredibly fast! The fibers barely shed at all, hold their shape flawlessly, and popping it right into the washing machine is absolutely no problem.
Needle sizes of 6 to 7 mm. Complex stitch patterns are absolutely pointless—the long hairs will just hide them anyway! Simple, basic stitches are completely all you need. It’s definitely better to knit a little on the looser side so that the wonderfully flowing drape of the fibers is perfectly preserved.
Try doing this with your hands instead of needles. It sounds a bit weird, but with such fluffy yarn, it works surprisingly well. You just pull loops through, and you're done. I actually made a pillow in an hour this way—without counting a single stitch. Perfect for a rainy afternoon. And don't worry if something goes a little wrong: you literally can't see the mistakes. This yarn is incredibly forgiving.
